Theme: Part 2- Learn to read the horses body language though recognizing the state of their nervous system and the importance of recognizing the state of our own nervous system.

Experiential- Restricted Senses Simulation
- Participants wear visual restrictors and ear coverings
- Partner guides them safely: slow steps, subtle cues
- Switch roles
Purpose: To feel dependence, alertness, trust and sensory intensity
Application-
- Recognizing SNS activation in horses
- Micro signs: nostril tension, blinking, head height, rib expansion, tail movement
Reflection-
- "When did you feel unsafe? What restored trust?"
- Homework: Identify your horse's SNS to PNS transitions this week.
