Clinics
Clinics combine dynamic classroom learning with hands-on experiential work for everyone. Participants watch videos of horses that reinforce each concept, then take turns feeling those concepts in real time with guided exercises. The foundational elements—Horse Speak®, Neurology, Equine Ethology, and Learning, Memory & Emotions—explain the Why of the horse, giving people a clear understanding of what their horse is experiencing and what it means.
Each clinic is intentionally limited to 10 participants to ensure personal attention, individualized support, and a deeply immersive learning experience.
Workshops are 2½–4 hour, single-day learning events packed with dynamic teaching, engaging videos, hands-on time with the Being Herd™ Puppets, and experiential activities that bring the concepts to life.
Limited to 25 participants for an interactive, energized experience.
Retreats at BentWire Ranch offer 1–3 immersive days with the herd. Learn horse behavior, body language, and herd dynamics while spending meaningful, up-close time with our 17 horses in the quiet, wooded hills of Post, Oregon. Guests often leave feeling deeply calm, grounded, and connected, as if the noise of everyday life has finally quieted. Time with the herd naturally settles the human nervous system, offering an emotional reset that restores balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of inner steadiness.
BentWire Ranch is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible charitable organization operating as Being Herd™ Horse Sanctuary.
